What You Need to Know About Hotel Krone

Arrival from 2pm, departure until 11 am

Depending on availability, you can stay in your room until 6 pm on the day of departure. In case of a later departure (after 12 noon) we charge 60 % of the room price. Please contact our reception to discuss your desired departure date.

At Hotel Krone you start the day with a varied and healthy breakfast buffet. The breakfast times are: Mon-Fri 6:45-9:30 hrs, Sat 7:30-11 hrs, Sun & Holidays 7:30-11 hrs.

The room rate includes the following services:

• gourmet buffet breakfast
• service as well as the legally applicable VAT
• Use of the sauna area
• Internet access

Parking spaces are available directly at the hotel and, for a fee, in the adjacent parking garage Engelsberg and on the Sporgassen parking lot (approx. 150 m away). A reservation is not possible.

You are welcome to bring your dog with you after consultation with the reception. The surcharge for your pet is € 6,50 per night (without food). We ask for your understanding that your dog's stay is only possible in the category Standard "NEW" and that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room as well as in the restaurant.

• Baby beds are available free of charge(limited number of beds, please inform us when booking)

Our drinks refrigerator can be found in the reception area. Thirst quenchers are available even at night. Enter the drinks you take out on the supplied list.

On the ground floor of our house is the renowned Restaurant Krone - à table at Guy Graessel, where you can enjoy fine international cuisine.

You can book your holiday or business holiday at the Hotel Krone in Bretten with half board, with a 3-course dinner at the renowned restaurant Krone on the ground floor of our house, for a surcharge of 30, - €. Please let us know when you make your reservatio.

All rooms have WLAN - some also have LAN - which is including.

You are also welcome to hold your business meeting, seminar, presentation or conference with us. We have a modern conference room above the historical market place of Bretten and attend your event with professional, cordial service. You can find more information under the menu item "Meetings & conventions"

We offer discount for groups. Feel free to ask!

Should you need to cancel your reservation, there will be no charges if cancelled no later than 24 hours prior to your date of reservation. Other cancellation policies apply for groups and on the "Peter-and-Paul"-week end. Should you need to cancel your reservation less than 24 hours prior to the arrival or not appear at all, 20% of the rooms can be released without charges.

• 4 weeks prior to the arrival, 80% of the rooms can be released without charge
• 2 weeks prior to the arrival, 30 % of the rooms can be released without charge
• 13 days and less prior to the arrival, 10% of the rooms can be released without charge
• Less than 24 hours prior to the arrival will required a charge of 80% of the agreed nightly rate

As our hotel is open 7 days a week, we apologize for the inconvenience of potential maintenance work during regular operation hours. We will do our best to minimize any inconveniences for our guests.

Enjoy some relaxing time in our small but cozy relaxing oasis with Finnish sauna, an infrared cabin, wellness showers and lounger. Opening hours: Mon - Thu: 06:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Fri - Sun and during the summer months daily upon request.

If you bring your bike, feel free to "park" it at no charge in our separate bicycle garage.

The Hotel Krone offer special deals that are available at discount rates mainly on week-ends.

The Hotel Krone is located in the heart of the Bretten City, right on the historic market square. All shops, cafés and restaurants in Bretten's pedestrian zone as well as the city's main station can be easily reached on foot. If you travel by car, your navigation system will find us if you use "Am Gaisberg 2 in Bretten" as the target destination.

Our front desk is located on the first floor and open Mon - Fri from 05:30 am to 22:30 pm and on week-ends from 06:30 am to 22:30 pm.

More than 500 years of Hotel Krone History Our front desk, breakfast hall, Krone-hall, the restaurant and wine cellar are located in the historic part of the building, the half-timbered building. All rooms are located in the new part.
